Daily positives 6

Lately I’ve been getting books from the library. Enjoying escaping into books again. A favourite past time I’d missed. Rediscovering my favourite authors jodi picoult and Paulina Simons. Sometimes taking a few moments just to hold a book in my hands remind me of everything from my childhood to teens to young adult.

  1. Oddly enough, I picked out Enid Blyton’s “The Enchanted Wood” and “Magic Faraway Tree” over the weekend… not to mention a discussion about the inspirational Judy Blume, who basically held my hand through my early teenage years… good times πŸ™‚

  2. You’ve unknowingly offered a validation I was in need of. I’ve been delighting in the idea of getting a new library card. I’ve kept talking myself out of it, but I knew reading your post I was missing out on experience. Thank you for the inspiration!

  3. Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite authors! There are few things better than snuggling under a blanket with a good book…at least I think so haha. Glad you found some time to read!

      • Each to their own πŸ™‚ I find it a good source of inspiration, and an opportunity to connect with people i otherwise wouldn’t be able to on a relatively close platform like Facebook.

      • Inspiration? I’ll have to try looking at it from your perspective! I find it all so overwhelming – so much info that I have to fine-tune from where I get my inspiration… interesting idea though, ta! πŸ˜€
