My life feels like a movie

With a script I have no choice but follow. Full of scary and sad twists and turns. What happened to our happy safe lives. I just want it back. My this is my karma for what I’ve done in my past

  1. I know the feeling. I know it is difficult but you have to be strong for yourself, and your little ones. You are quite courageous and the difference between fearless and courageous is fearlessness is the absence of fear. Courage is when you know you’re afraid and face those fears anyway. I think you’re very courageous. You WILL get through this.

  2. How is this YOUR Karma for what you’ve done? Stop taking responsibility for what HE IS DOING.

I understand your depression … I’ve been there. Been in a marriage I thought was strong, been in love with a man & married to a man I loved passionately & then HE WAS GONE. & honey, he never came back. But I moved on & it ALL made me stronger.

I’m not saying Sailor isn’t going to come back. But what’s going on in his mind & what he’s doing is NONE of your so-called Karma. & Karma doesn’t work like that, anyway.

I don’t know if you can find this book but I HIGHLY recommend it … it’s called “Why Does He Do That?” by Lundy Bancroft. Better than the books about borderline personality disorder … they are ALL written by idiots. I’m not saying that Sailor is angry, controlling or an abuser, but you could use a different view of the situation & Bancroft will help you get there. He’ll help you see that whatever Sailor is doing, it has NOTHING to do with you.
